have you looked at more simpler causes first such as mounts and bearings?

Mounts are new poly and bearings, not sure about this one or how to look for it, ideas?

Jack up and wiggle wheel with hands at 12 at 6 so top and bottom. Movement will show up. Also do left to right ti check for steering play. Poly mounts maybe causing vib to. Was it there before they were put in?
