How to determine if i'm getting wheel hop?

Under hard acceleration in 2nd gear I can feel and hear like a rotational bouncing through the accelerator pedal, is this most likely wheel hop?
I don't get it in 3rd gear.
With the supercharger belt off I don't get the issue, but also don't have the acceleration level either.
Is there anything else this could be, any way to determine for sure if it's wheel hop or check the most likely culprits of wheel hop (or anything else)?

All my suspension is stock, and old, I haven't replaced any bushes.
My car is a facelift so has the round bushes in the lower control arms, i'm wondering if just new bushes will help and if so go for anti-lift + caster ones. If these will help in general anyway then I might get some but it would be nice to know if they are knackered and the cause.

Are these the right ones for a facelift?

And these pre-facelift http://www.whiteline.com.au/product_det ... X&sq=19036

I've already recently swapped to the spare supercharger (and replaced the coupler inside) in case it was that but got the same problem.
All of my pulleys are new (alt tensioner, ps, supercharger idler and tensioners).

Do a skid from standstill, should be smooth.

Could be, they haven't been on that long and they are the solid rubber ones underneath but maybe I need poly now?

There's not a lot of room around the charger and I guess something engine wise (or connected) could be catching when the engine rocks (doesn't hardly move when on the drive and I rev it but not under load then).
Closest thing is probably the brake booster, only 10mm between the corner of the supercharger and the brake booster (I have ABS so have the fat one on).
How can I determine if it's this?

EDIT:Had enough of the problem as it's been bugging me for a while so I've ordered poly mounts to see if it fixes the issue, Rowan needs some too so if it doesn't resolve the issue i'll throw them at his car.

All fixed with Polly engine mounts, I can now go full throttle with no problems :)

They are good, car feels more responsive and definitely needed if going supercharged and you have ABS as you need to stop the engine rocking and SC catching on the larger booster.
A bit of vibration though probably cause I went with solid rear instead of slotted so i'll swap my Son Rowan for a slotted one when he orders his (he doesn't mind harshness).

Yeah. The one's I got were slotted all round and the vibration isn't too bad at all. Half of mine were stuffed though, so could definitely tell the difference.
