Can someone identify my problem?

I have this unstable/shaky sound (idk how to explain it so I uploaded a video to YouTube with the sound) while accelerating. I thought it was something to do with the car not being warm but I still have it 40 minutes into a drive.

Has it lost power? How's the idle? Also check engine codes.

Doesn't seem like it has lost any power, it idles at around 800 it seems but makes like a faint thud sound every few seconds at times during idle. I will check its engine codes.

My previous engine had a deep knock at idle. Timing belt was out a couple of teeth.

For anyone that might come across this post in the future, it turned out that one of the valves is misfiring :(
