High flow cat - any recommended?

I've recently fitted RPW extractors and Y pipe and now thinking that the CAT will be my next restriction so do these high flow cats really make a difference and if so are some better than others?
I'm hoping that removing restrictions on the exhaust side will help with the flow through the engine in particular with it being forced induction.

Any recommendations?

I assume if it's 100 cell or whatever it is they will all be much the same.

From memory there was a thread on here with plenty of dyno graphs showing decat did in fact net power gains, more so I'd imagine (like you said) being forced.

Just spoke with my local exhaust bloke and he does high flow 150 cell ones for $250 fitted, he welds flanges on to match the car. He reckons they definitely flow better.

Got the High flow cat fitted yesterday - it does feel better, car feels really quick actually but then it does anyway due to the other bits on it so how much better I don't know.
I've just tweaked the fuelling in the emanage a little (additional Injection map) as it was looking a bit too lean at what above 4000rpm.

I have some close friends that run one of the racing Porsche garages in Perth. One of the first mods they do for customers is going straight to 100 Cell Cats, they make a huge difference in flow while also being somewhat legal and not sending out plumes of smoke whenever you accelerate hard. There are plenty of dyno graphs showing the effects.

That's good to know, I wasn't sure if it was a myth but I was willing to take a gamble as it sounded plausible.

Only logical given that a decat on even an NA car yields decent kw gains.
