I have put an unfinished translation on my web site if anyone is interested. "www.angelfire.com/emo/fto" follow the workshop link and there it should be. I have got a copy of the original handbook and have been getting it scanned and translated though our company office in Japan. It is a "work in progress", and is about 60% done. If anyone has some suggestions for things to add please send me a message.
