looks like youve covered up the reflector??? illegal here. i might do this when i get a new left taillight, mines broke as a ute decided my bumper would make a good bump stop when comming out of his park... then he did a runner :(

Where do you actualy spray? On the inside of outside of the light? i tried getting the lens off but to no avail.

Yes you spray the outside of the lights. Just be sure you clean them very thoroughly with metho and spray with plastic primer before you do it. Just start with a light coat and work up to the depth you want...

All Done... But I forgot the Plastic Primer. Will it make a difference? It Looks Awesome. I was worried cause my FTO is the dark blue Colour. But Damn it looks hot. I'd post pics but i dont know how. :) ANyway thanks fot the guide. Really Helped.

Plastic primer helps the paint to adhere to the plastic better. It should be ok though...

You will find that the paint will fall off pretty quickly without plastic primer.
Plastics dont allow the paint to bite into them and therefor a primer is used to allow the paint to hold.

If you leave your car in the sun then the paint will have more of a chance of falling off.

Kaz,

They do look pretty snazzy.. I think you forgot to mention one of those important details you gave me when I came over..

Do both the tail lights at the same time or you may end up with one with a different shade to the other?

or was it something else.. i don't quite remember..
