recondition starter motor

Post by Mboy »

Has anybody had their starter motor reconditioned in melbourne? if so, can you tell me where and how much you paid? Sometimes my car has trouble starting...it's not that battery or alternator as i had recently got them changed over, it idles fine, so i do not think it has much to do with the stepper motor. If someone could provide me with some information it will be well appreciated.

Cherry auto elec have reco'd quite a few starter motors and alternators for me. I highly recommend them. I would say that it would be about $250-$300

That is cheap... I would say it might be from Kempy's? At that price I might order a spare!
