These are meant for a PC, but it's all the same thing. All you do is clip the black and red wire coming out of the inverter (you can see this on the bottom right of the image) attach red to 12v (or wire it to your courtesy light circuit) and black to ground. Each pair of two cathodes comes with its own toggle switch. The easiest way to adhere these to anywhere on your car is buy some velcro from kmart (or those 3m strips with "interlocking fastnest" (read: expensive velcro).
They produce a fair bit of light for there size and have a tough plastic casing (i wouldn't use these for underbody or under the hood, the inverter is not waterproof ). Under dash as footwell lights would look orsome.
