yes that is true
mivec on 9 is jsut for fuel efficency
no incraese in performance wise
but 9 is faster than stock 8 because 9 has different turbo and 6 speed gearbox
also has aluminium roof which reduced 10kg off its weight over the 8
but overall not much difference
looking at 0.2s difference
