Pre S'n'S Meet - Sunday 9th - 10am - Norton Summit/Gorge Rd

Post by mrx »

Run up the hills - find somewhere for photo's and video, then back for bbq somewhere - possibly Rymill Park. But if that doesn't work, our place is just around the corner as a backup. Plenty of off-street parking too.

Or, could do a pub again. Easy whatever we decide.

I have stickers for those that are interested - $5.

Will need to clean her before then though......

Just an excuse to catch up and go for a drive really!

Youre a cruel man Jaime.... funny, but cruel.

A bbq sound good shaun, weather permitting. Just something local in town? A nice park somewhere? I dont know many places to suggest, so Ill leave that to you, but with the 9th being my birthday, what better way to spend it than a day out in my car

Let me know. Im in. (as usual)

Thats a hurtful, nasty thing to say.

Funny, but cruel.

And it wasn't my fault last time!!!! Honest. It must have just been f$%ked.

BBQ sounds good - Rymill park in the city perhaps? Could go for a quick run somewhere

**looks at Old Norton Summit and Gorge Roads**

**Drools a little**

...then back for a bbq. I don't care, so long as my car makes it back!!!

Sounds good to me. Of course, anything involving driving somewhere in my car sounds good to me...

So your car purring like a kitten again shaun ? Glad to hear its back on the road. :D

Yep, all seems really good. Lot quicker than the last engine - smoother power delivery too. Rear bank a little tapy, but mere adjustment.

Just scared to drive the thing!

Anyhow - as the title says, Sunday morning - run up Old Norton Summit and then back down Gorge. Could either find a park up there for a bbq, or back to Adelaide for Rymill or something similar.

Spur of the moment thing really - excuse to take the car for a run (and not break it **crosses fingers**)

Well have been and gone before then. Besides, not really my thing.

Yeah - 10 o'clock and just play it by ear. Not planning anything specific - might only be 3 or 4 of us, but just keen to have a catch up and a drive before next weekend.

I'll throw in the portable bbq etc and we'll just play it by ear.

Some video coming down from Mt Osmond would also be cool!

Twas a fun day indeed! Perfect weather for it too!

And the car made it there and back. Woo hoo!!!

Thanks to those who came along - was not really a proper crusie, just an excuse to go for a drive and catch up before next weekend.

No photo's at all either! That is a first. But all the cars were soooooo dirty, probably a bit embarressing really.

See you guys next weekend for the show 'n' shine!

Thanx for another great and relaxing day. I couldnt get over how good the weather was... and with a few nice wines, and some tasty cheeses, what more could you ask for, except maybe a cruise thru the hills, and we had that too !!!

See you all at show-n-shine next week :)
