State moderator and Organiser

Hi Guys,
GPXXX has been made your representative for this site, whats this mean?

<li>Is your state representative here.
<li>Well he can moderate your posts and other stuff like sticky messages
<li>Will be the offical organiser of events (large ones anyway) for Victoria.
<li>Any Multi-state events he will be responsible for getting RSVP's and reating maps / collecting deposits etc.
<li>Other stuff as we make it up.

This isn't at this stage a voted in position he has simply shown the most interest in getting things going and coordinating you guys. so welcome him to this position.
