Go-Kart Day - Sat Nov 18

Post by khunjeng »

OK by popular demand we are organising a go kart day, details below:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go-kart place is in Sunshine, Ace Karts :
http://www.acekarts.com.au

20 Carrington Drv
Sunshine
VIC, 3020

They do race type races,
3 sections; qualifying, race1, race 2
Total of 30 mins, checkout the race typs in the website, I have always done the Monaco event at $70

Also, I think if you are not a member, then you need to pay $10 yearly fee.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Plan
Race some karts at 10-10:30
Have lunch after
Go home - simple.

Who is going?
We need to know numbers in advance so we can book.

Khun Jeng - Confirmed
FTO388
Nacho
Silverfish
RnBBoi
Supplanter
MxySxy

Others please sign up for a great day.

What time is this on coz I'm working half a day on that day coz it's Election Day and I'll be monitoring their systems for that day?

Ok it's not election day on the 18th but I'm still working from 7am to 3pm. Depending on what time this is on then I'm either in or out. You guys decide.

I am bit unsure about my responsibility on this guys,
Am I supposed to organise the time, and payment, dealing with AceKarts, etc…?
I know you have to send a cresit card details first to book the event
Can someone just put out action points as what to do next, and who?
Chris, have a go mate, otherwise, this will die out,

We need to assign some responsibilities to people to make it happen,
