Christmas Lunch - Cancelled

Post by Sparhawk »

I know Shaun is busy up till Christmas, but just wanted to see if anyone still was interested in getting together for a Xmas lunch.

I was thinking Sunday 17th December. Maybe a BBQ lunch somewhere nice. (There was a nice park with BBQ's in Lobethal that we passed the other day. )

Let me know if your interested, and I will organise it. :D

P.S. Hope you dont mind me jumping in here Shaun & Luca...

No not at all.

Have in-laws over otherwise I would be in for sure.

The only free day I have is the Sunday the 10th, and I have a party on the night before (but not planning a real big one).

But the park was not in Lobethal, it was in....don't remember the name now and couldn't be bothered looking it up. :)

My work Christmas show is the 9th and it's always a big one, so no guarantees I could make it then (where's the emoticon for hangover?)
Mind you, I'm always on recovery when I catch up with people from here, so no diff to usual 8)
17th I'm clear at the mo, apart from the usual sat night blinder in town.

Would be good to catch up again.

OK, Im back after my work related abscence.

Is there interest in a Xmas BBQ this coming weekend (17th) or am I beating a dead horse here ? I can organise something if there is enough interest.

It might be just the 2 of us Travis 8O

Sorry, spent the last couple of days remembering what I did on saturday night. I think I've got most of it now...

Honestly Steve, your an attractive man and all, but...

I'd say the dead horse is beaten. Cheers for trying to organise this anyway.

Maybe a post silly season get together might be more successful?

O....K....

Either

a) Youre 6 months late,
b) Youre 6 months early, or
c) Youre taking the piss...

Im going with option c.

Anyway, havent seen you around either on the road or on the forum, so Welcome to the Club. We have regular cruises and get tgethers here in Adelaide, so keep an eye out for the latest. Hope to catch up with you soon.

No offence to blonde's. My sister's blonde so I love taking the piss out of them.
