So im getting a slight rattle from my rear inside quarter ... ie , the back seat passengers arm rest on the sides of the car ...
If i push on the plastic the rattle stops, So I want to know how to get in behind there and stick in some rubber or something ... my question is , how the hell to I get the plastic bit out ? ... I cant seem to figure it out ...
Any help would be appreciated

Well the reason i ask is due to my new car stereo , I figured people with bigger systems would have seen this problem before due to bass ... hence why I asked here ...
but no problem ..
