Okay these are just basically neons. but thinner (about size of a texta), brighter (30% i think) and have a longer lifespan. These have never been used. I bought heaps of these about a week ago and have 4 spare. They come with the Cathode tube, Power Inverter and Sound activation controller. I paid $23 ea. Will sell for $15 each
