Autosalon. 29/30th Sept
Okay, good ol Vic can do it so im thinking why cant we?
Basically we need 6 cars to enter as a club. I bags one, and im hoping Adam will come too.
We will have to design a stand/layout for the cars, flooring, etc.
Cost: $100 ea. Including a free buddy pass. however there may be a few other costs involved such as decorations etc.
The dates:
2nd/3rd June - Gold Coast Exhibition Center - enter by 4th may
29th/30th October - Brisbane Convention Center - enter by 31st Aug
Thinking of October in Bris as it gives everyone time to organise (which we will need.)
I may have my car almost done by then and i know a few other people have works in progress.... Anyone with an FTO is welcome to come...
Would there be much interest in this?
Have a squiz over at VIC and check out what they're doing... They're really putting in for it.
If we do this, then i bags collecting promo girls.... lol.

That may be... But its because of lazy ppl like you robsta... lol
Im active as hell and so is Yano and he cant even drive his fricken car...
Chelsea come to almost everythin and Adam has started to as well..
We have a heap of new members who may come as well (Michelle, eThix, Budds, Sammi, oodles, nosman). And by the sounds of things Garth is in..
so this has a very good chance of getting off the ground.
however it may just flop.

I'll take that bet.
I've had the FTO for 2 years I'm over it.
And I can't justify spending 10k on the FTO to turbo it, it's not worth turboing a TIP so that would mean more money on a manual conversion.
So much easier buying a rwd car that is alrdy turbo. Not to mention I've found a few I want just waiting on mine selling..

lol at the dirt finding skills
but seriously that was half of the fun... in fact i think that was the cheapest excitment we had all day, the other 2 being my 700$ fine and simon's flat of course
and i think he's allowed to come in any car that he decides to buy, but if it's a RWD then he's not allowed to lead anywhere, cos he's going to be kicking rocks from dirt roads back at ppl.
i mean FFS my mate was allowed to tag along in a dato lol
