Anyone with CAPS able to help me please ?

Post by Delvance »

Heya,

Anyone with the CAPS program able to get some part numbers for me please ? I need the part #'s for the 4 cam seals (i'm guessing they're the same?), idle bearing and tensioner bearing, and also the crank seals. It's a gpx if it matters, pretty please ? Lol.

Cheers.

Here are the part numbers from CAPS, I can Post up pics if you require them to be sure about thingsNote: The Cam Seals aren't the same

03130 - OIL SEAL, CAMSHAFT
01221 - SEAL, CYLINDER HEAD CAMSHAFT END

03070 - OIL SEAL, CRANKSHAFT, FR
03080 - OIL SEAL, CRANKSHAFT, RR
03017A - CASE ASSY, CRANKSHAFT, RR OIL SEAL

I'll get back to you on the Idle Bearings & Tensioner bearings.... They're for the belts right? CAM & Timing or something?

Thanks heaps mr-charisma :D

Yep the two bearings are for the timing belt. Basically anything that moves along with the timing belt, i want to replace when major service comes around (soonish).

Thanks once again!

So there's a less chance of bearings or water pumps seizing up etc. I'll change the bearings too if they're not too expensive, if they are then i guess i'll just leave them.
