heres a hard one, im dump founded :(

ok so today i did a compression test and all the cylinders where fine except the spark plugs looked like water got to them and two were bent. any ideas why this is happening?

Water & bent hey.... water is blown head gasket, bent plugs could be a number of things ranging from wrong plugs used to shot bottom end bearings....

Not having much luck with this motor hey mate!

could the blown head gasket fix my boost problem i was having
when it was turbo charged. cause i could hear the turbo but felt no boost and one time i remember when i went over a bump boost came from nowhere hummzzz weird :O.....i was thinking the bent spark plug could be a warped rod ???

Got any crank case pressure readings?

nah i havnt got the crank case readings yet..what would that show? i went to see my frend who and he said that it could be my second set of piston rings ?? hummzzz say the crank case pressure is abnormal whats that telling us?
