Gallant strut brace

Post by HiRAEdd »

Would a Mitsu genuine strut brace (across the top of the engine) from a Gallant fit straight onto an FTO? I don't feel like buying and trying it unless I'm pretty confident it would fit.

Dunno... spose if you grabed some measurements we could check it out. Measure from each one of the strut top bolts to the equivalnet bolt on the other side... so you should get 3 measurements.

Nope it dont,

a) the suspension bolts that the brace bolts 2 are in different places,
b) galant is wider
c) the factory strut brace rises in the middle and the FTO bonnet wouldnt close over it
