tacho/shift light

probably the stupidest question but i jsut boguht a tacho with a shift light and i just wanted to know which wire is the wire that goess to teh speedos what color etc i dont want to selct the wrong wire lol.

Run it off the ECU, not the cluster. Do a search for ECU pin outs - jonowong posted up a pic of it a little while ago.

ok thanks bennoz is there any particular reason why u run it off the ecu and not the cluster?

Cause its easier & much less risk (of rooting the cluster)

hmmm mayby i shouldnt be tinkering aroud with this on my own or is it easy or jsut looks harder than it is.
