Most of the way
This will get you most of the way there:

To get the heater core out, oyu will need to take off the 2 pipes from the engine bay and then once the dash is out, you can remove the nuts on top and bottom of the A/C cooling unit and the unit with the heater core in it. Oh and unplug the wiring. The heater core is only held in by one screw.
Good luck

Had a think
Ive had a look at it. If you can remove the pipe connectors off the back of the heater core (from the engine bay) then I think youll get it out without removing much else. Dont think thats likely though (although I could be wrong). I took the core out of the unit (in a wreck I have) on the weekend and there is no way youll get the unit out without the dash removed (as the nuts at the top are behind the dash). The only option is if you can get the core out of the unit (and that will only be possible if you can remove the pipe connectors).
