NSW: Blacktown Westpoint - spotted SUGAR!!

I spotted the fto belonging to SUGAR (license plate 'fto-ono') parked on level 2 in westpoint Blacktown. I'm sure sugar saw my fto because he left before me and I parked opposite him like 3 metres away.

funny thing was on the way there I spotted another black fto and on the way home i spotted a silver one driving in the opposite direction to me.
