rear left lower suspension arm

I'm after a rear left lower suspension arm bush?
PNC number 41399C or the whole lower arm (part number MR197607)if easier.
Looking at the parts breakdown it looks as if the bush is replaceable, is this a fair assumption?

Yeah, she is replaceable, but it is a press fit in there. You'll need to run the whole arm down to a workshop with a press.

Yes he's the one. I droped an email to Kempe's as well to see if they have any. I'm assuming they are the same for all FTO's.
