Gearbox mount/s?

Post by Lee85 »

Anyone got any they wanna get rid of? And for how much?

PS: Prob a silly question, but are these exclusive to the type of transmission you have? I have an automatic so would a mount off a manual work the same or not?

Yeah, pretty sure I've got a side mount in the garage too..

If you still wanted to drop round for me to check your tappets, you could have a look a the mount.

Yeah Ben that'd be good, although I doubt it's just the tappets with the noise it's making now. You prob read about it already on the main board. Apparently my brother(who acts like the car is his half the time, lol) found the forum the other day, without knowing I was already a member on here, and put up a post re. my gearbox repair quote.

Would still like ya to have a listen just in case the guys at the place I took it to are feeding me b/s. You free tomorrow night or Fri during the day/arvo? PM us your number.

Also, how much for the mount?

And to make matters worse, during last night's rain I discovered what seems to be a leak somewhere near my front passenger floor. When I felt around the area I noticed it was pretty wet around the base of the glovebox. Any ideas?

I think I'm gonna have to pay you off with six pack for your diagnosis on all this sh*t, lol.
