Finally, finished one side of my 3 part DCuatro sideskirts (these have taken a LOT of work - still have to do the other side):
Doing this so that I can plan to have the top bits moulded into the panels (and still be able to remove the sideskirt of required!). Thought id get them fitting properly first as im not sure when ill take the final leap and blend them (itll take a while to afford the paintwork)
By separating the bottom part of the sideskirt, won't it slightly defeat the purpose of getting it blended, since you'll still be able to see the line where it's separated, just like on a non-blended kit
I have to work - People on the dole depend on me.

Ahhhhh, but ill be able to get the guard off the car if I need to. Will also be able to remove the sideskirt if I need to. Imagine what would happen if you managed to damage the bottom of the skirt or damage the front guard....... You would wreck the car getting it off. Besides, the line will match up with the bottom of the door, so wont really be noticible.
The part line will also be a lot less noticeable as the join line has been matched pretty well
Also dosent have different hights or angles making the part line just a few mill gap
Will look nice when its done
Also just adds one more custom thing about the car

I talk a lot of sh*t, usually have to keep a roll of toilet paper handy in the car for my mouth

I was talking to Dstocks about this the other day.
The car is going to paint very soon if not now
Skirts and bar are getting done, so pics will be up after that is all done.
But better still come to the bonfire weekend and see it first hand .
