I find that the "learning" part of INVECS only takes into account the last few minutes and isn't a long term thing. If I hoon around the country roads here, using a lot of revs, the car will start to hold the revs for a lot longer, even if your foot is not hard down as it senses you are driving in a certain way.
This means that for the first few minutes back in town it will stick in second and rev higher than usual until if figures out I am back in "old man mode"
I've never noticed any change when it's been reset
