Up for new tyres then?Bennoz wrote:I drove from near Lithgow back home via Bells Line of road today, but before I left the property we were camping on, I left a 250 metre, 3rd gear bouncing off the limiter burnout that painted the fattest 11s down the driveway you've ever seen

Nice. Don't feel like trying something else? I think I'm going to go for the 595rsr's next.

Traced the rear speaker wires through the side of the car, channeled them to the head unit, split the existing rear speaker wires connected at the back of the head unit and connected the new wires in...and presto!!! I have sound from all four speakers now

well i've never taken my centre console apart so i just thought i'd explore! ended up finding all the pieces of my stereo surround and glueing them together, fixing my clicking air con, re routing my RSM to sit with my cluster and realising why my din 'pocket' wasnt sturdy!
dont plan on taking it all apart again anytime soon though

Re: What work did you do on your car today?
Threw it up on the dyno today. 113kW @ 3750rpm, 440Nm @ 2100rpm, 4994N Motive force @ 2100rpm. All figures at the wheels. Considering I'm running 32" aggressive AT tyres (made more noise than the engine on the dyno), I'm pretty happy with that result. And I've still got and exhaust to do and 5 more tunes to go up from here before I get something custom done

I'll have an FTO one day... i swear!
until then:

2. 2007 Peugeot 307 TDi (more fun than you'd expect)

5. 1996 Holden SB Barina - "The Nugget"
6. 1996 Jeep XJ Cherokee Sport - The Budget Build
7. 2010 Toyota Landcruiser 76 Series - V8 Goodness... - Build coming soon.

Went to take it for a drive to warm up the oil before changing it....
The alarm remote has died, with the engine immobilised
No spare + no override code = stuck car
