Thank God!

Phew, was beginning to stress that I'd NEVER find an aussie FTO site - one with modification stuff on it is even better! I hit the jackpot!

I'm hopefully getting my FTO this thursday... '95 model, manual, GPX. Fingers crossed! Can't wait for it, and especially to start joining up with all you guys in FTO cruises every now and again :)

Hey, I just bought my FTO today, I looked at a few, and today got a deal I couldn't refuse!

I've been lurking around here for a couple of weeks, and I'm learning tons, really really fast. But please excuse any stupid questions I may have :-p

I'll post pics as soon as I receive the car, the guy is just getting the roadworthy done, I will hopefully have it within the week. :-D

I am so so so excited, I sold my brand new (bought it 2003) Barina today to get the FTO, I know thats not the most sensible decision I've ever made, but I also KNOW this car is going to be worth it! (when I was test driving it, I stopped at a light and a guy said 'nice car.')

I'll keep you posted!

UPDATED to add pic of car!

I'm a newbie - but you won't be seeing me around town as the drive is just a bit too far :P

Name: Simon
Car: 97 FTO GP Version R
Location: Auckland, NZ
Mods: Veilside front bar and skirts, HKS muffler, 17" Oz wheels, otherwise standard.

Greetings from the land of the long white line of Japanese imports!

I've only had the FTO for 1 day so far - am swapping a 93 Galant VR-4 for it. Always loved the shape and the sweet V6 motor (the VR-4 also has a 6A12).
