When you are changing the spark plugs there are no gaskets you have to worry about.
The only one you will see is the intake manifold gasket as you will have to take that off to change your rear bank plugs.
But the inlet gasket is a metal one and is quite reusable.
So I wouldn't worry about it too much but if you want to be safe get one and then take off the manifold, although I haven't heard any one saying they damaged the inlet gasket while taking the manifold off....
But it's up to you.
Hope this helps,
Cheers,

gaskets
The intake manifold gasket can be replaced with the appropriate silastic type 'form a gasket' when you do your plugs. (NA cars only)
There are a few different type so make sure you get one that is suitable for intakes, it must be fuel resistant. I think the orange and blue ones are ok. From memory mines got the orange goo on it.
But for the diehard fans, I guess it's not much to buy them, if your set on keeping it original as possible.
