Kept pluggin' on with my gearbox, pressed out dodgy bearings. Dropped diff off at repair guy.

Waiting on my engineer mate to come over Thursday to measure up & make me a new primary thrust bearing lock plate for the box.

He has pics of shame that ill force him to put up ;)
Not only was he running on straight water, but his radiator was truly rusted out. The connectors (that the pipes clamp onto) were rusted off and the overflow bottle was well...yea.
Pics will do it justice.
Also took 2min to swap out his passenger window switch so he has a working window now!
Lol I'll post the pics :-)

Misses Vectra went into limp mode with engine light on 2 days ago, just in time for our drive to SA

Borrowed the G-Scan from work yesterday and found a knock sensor circuit failure code.
Ordered the sensor from Bursons yesterday, got it this morning $110
Just fitted new sensor and problem fixed 8)
Engine runs heaps smoother and more powerfull than it has for a long time :D
