cruise n camp
this post is to open discussion of an SA cruise n camp...
ive been chatting to my son about going for a cruise and camping either moonta (yp) or victor harbour rapid bay second valley..
the mivec conversion is nearly done and i actually want to see it kick in.
im also going to invite some of the milfs and thier kids that my son hangs out with. you would all be welcome to invite friends and families.
the advantage of moonta over the otehr location is that phil could drive up to cowell from wudina, catch the ferry across to wallaroo and join us in moonta if he wanted.
so open it up to discussion... where, when ? who?
go!

Re: cruise n camp
I have moved to Port Pirie not Wudina
So Moonta is only 1.5 hours away
It will all depend on work comitment if I could go.
I start my new job next monday, so I will have to see what's happening with my roster.

also there is no hurry as to when we do it.
we can plan it a long way off around schedules that suit a few of us (:

Re: cruise n camp
I only found out that the Pirie smelter was lead yesterday
I have read that they have reduced emmisions greatly since 2000.
I haven't noticed any smell/taste yet.
We intend to move to the country, around Crystal Brook in 6-12 months anyway, if all goes well.

Re: cruise n camp
Hm, my work hours are a bit prohibitive I'm afraid. How long would the trip be for? I guess that's up for discussion. I might be able to come over a weekend and maybe part of a Monday as I only work every second saturday.

Re: cruise n camp
my thoughts on the subject would be get totgether early on sat morning,
drive up, camp over night,
come back (unless there is a long weekend .. in which case do an extra night)
i also work full time mon-fri (:
that why this is not a planned event but a conversation to determine what we want to do and when and where...

Re: cruise n camp
I'm up for it. Provided the milfs are decent enough , and yea milfs was actually the first part I read.
I can do Saturdays but I work at 11am Sundays. So if I stayed over i'd need to leave early Sunday morning

I can try to arrange a Sunday off, except the weekend on 18th/19th. My sister would murder me if I didn't rock up to her wedding, considering i'm in it :/
