Post by prageeth »

Hi Guys
I need to replace my pre-facelift front bumper, can a facelift bumper fit straight on? Or any VS style bumpers for sale? Post code is 2147 NSW.

Thanks guys...

A facelift bumper will go straight on, you will just need to purchase new fog/park/indicators to suit the new bumper.

Yep,the facelift bar fits straight up to the prefacelift rheo. Foglight has a different bracket though on the facelift rheo, so if you want to fit foglights,it will require a custom bracket (or facelift rheo). Most people run cold air induction through the hole anyway.

No, he meant the middle section of the reo as it's 3 pieces.

Yep, essentailly you either need the 3 prefacelift bits of rheo or the 3 facelift bits of rheo, you cant mix and match. The bar wil fit either one.

Thanks guys. I'll try to find these from Chullora tomorrow afternoon. I prefer the facelift bumper, that's why I'm eager to buy this. Anyone sells a facelift bumper?

          Hi dstocks

Is that the bumper listed here in your site: http://www.completefto.com.au/Modules/P ... 7&pid=2239

Looks great. This can keep the pre-facelift oval shaped side lights as well, right? I will let you know this weekend.

Do I have to mount a metal mesh grill behind the bumper to cover the radiator if I install these kind of bumpers?

          Cheers.
