How much are rotors and pads new? Is it just brackets needed to fit?

I bought 33 gtr rotors 324mm by 32mm I think might be 28mm on ebay for 250 delivered and yes need brackets made up. Which was a PITA. Pads may have been around the $150-$200 mark
gotta get there one day :)
