Already a step ahead of you.
Diff will come first though, or brakes.

Re: BJK's '95 FTO GPX #2!
Who doesn't like RPF1s?? there's something wrong with you mate! but it'll either be the GT5s above, which are on a discounted introductory price until the end of the year, or some 18x9.5 RPF1s as I've discussed before, or maybe something else in the price range. Don't really want to be forking out much more than $1600.ZFL45H1 wrote:Oh thank god i thought you were keeping those yuk replacement you have on her now lol. Diff is the 27 spline one just fyi. Sweet, guess you counted them when you swapped the gearbox?

Re: BJK's '95 FTO GPX #2!
Awesome, that's one thing to tick off the list at least!
I do like the GT5, but it'd be a hell of a squeeze to fit them. Not entirely sold, but also less spokes to clean lol. But at any rate won't be getting anything new till I've sold the silver car and worn out the tyres on the 17s.

About the same as the Wavetrac actually nowadays. (unless RPW haven't updated their price to accurately reflect the exchange rate of wherever they source them). AUD is up 2c though!Bennoz wrote:Ever priced up a Quaiffe? o.O

Re: BJK's '95 FTO GPX #2!
Still haven't got it rego'd in SA. but it's basically ready to go. Bearing done, tint off, resonator, roadworthy tyres. Jack's helpfully getting me some strut top covers to conceal the coilover adjusters, so fingers crossed if I go at the right time of day they won't bother to look for the non-standard suspension. Not holding my breath though!
Meanwhile, gave it a thorough wash (dern plant fibres), and took some pics with something that wasn't a potato.
