Why the hatred against Hondas? I can't say I'm a big fan but I'm curious what fuels this hatred........

Possibly because they are essentially Mitsubishi's main rival if you think about it:

Lancer vs Civic
Magna vs Accord
FTO vs Integra
EVO vs NSX

VTEC YO!!!!! vs MIVEC.

no, because they are crap cars, u get what you buy essentially, a few have good engines, but the bodys of them are sh*t, ive seen so many people (including friends) that have been killed in stupid accidents that wouldnt have killed them if they were in an FTO. I just dont trust em

and Lancer Vs Civic? wtf? i hope your talkin bout a 1500 n not an evo
EVO vs NSX? gotta call ya crok-of-sh*t on that 1 too.... WRX, honda have nothing in a evo type of car, an NSX is better compared to a supra

Ahhhhhh.......didn't think of that one! That's spot on AJ! Except the Spyder is wider and longer than the S2000 I think.

Top of the line Lancer (not EVO) doesn't goes as hard or handle as well as the Civic Type R. That’s final

Accord Euro have 5star Euro standard, which is the highest you can get, and IMO, it’s a much better car then Magna or 380

NSX R does 1/4miles in 13sec & its one of the first fully aluminium car in the world with the strongest chassis. And the closest competitor from Mitsubishi is GTO/3000GT, we know GTO/3000GT is slower & out handle by the NSX.

S2000 would have the edge over the Eclipse Spyder, RWD over FWD, & Eclipse Spyder isn't exactly a good handler either.

But Honda doesn’t have anything to compete with the EVO & that’s for sure.

Most Honda has a very high safety standard, & in most crash test in Australia, they have higher rank then Mitsubishi.

the 1998 gto twin turbo. ?
I would sell my unborn firstborn for one.

To all the people who think they're slow and fat.....I say a 5 second 0-100 is NOT something fat cars do. 8)

Too bad they're still like $40k for a decent model.
