(SOLD) APEXi SAFC-I (Blue Screen)

Post by khunjeng »

Hi Guys

My used SAFC is up for sale. I will polish the screen for the lucky winner so it should look pretty good.

Its the bluescreen model and comes with the cable and a copy of the manual I printed out (although u can download this).

I'm asking $250 incl. delivery or $220 pickup in Melb.

thanks

KJ

It's basically an Air Flow Meter / Controller I believe. I was trying to get my hands on a VAFC before .. But now I'm over it.

google is always a good tool.

anyway SAFC = Super Air Flow Controller.

Its an A/F piggy back system and generic for all cars. Craig at RevZone is the man for tuning this baby.

as for the difference between I & II. Not sure but probably some functions however they are essentially the same.

Hi Mate

thats fine. I have another office in Little Collins right next to TRU (where i assume u r) so you can come down and pick it up when I'm there...just let me know. I will leave it there and u can pick it up and pay the guys in the office - or direct deposit me and pick it up when u want.

I agree with you there, FTO really isn't the car for this type of mod. It's more of a show off toy than anything else. The price you're selling it for is surely a steal though, so worth it for anyone who's interested in toys like that :D

maybe I was a bit blunt...u will get a ~3-5kw gain from the SAFC fixing up your mixture and it looks cool in your car too. Has some nice features.

I'm in the middle of doing stuff to my R33 and those mods make 20kw gains not 3...so my focus is on the skyline at this stage and just making the FTO ride nice...which it NEARLY does...

Don't get me wrong I love it...love driving it but I see no point pushing it to the max an only getting 115kwatw..although its good...its not 250 :P heheh.

Thats why I got the skyline...raw power for when i want some action...FTO is my pimp-ride...hehe
