Re: silverGPXs Ride
Yeah sucks major dick.
Gotta find new wheels now.
Will most likely go with the same style as I like it.
But i'm thinking of going smaller width on the back. Because i have to camber it too much to clear the arch.

Could your insurer help at all or is not worth the while?
Hope those dogs get what's coming to them.

Re: silverGPXs Ride
I would image the excess would be similar to the cost of new rims, and would raise premiums. Thats sucks Matt, harcore suckage.

Re: silverGPXs Ride
So everything has calmed down and I have accepted the fact that i will never get the rims back so im looking at new ones.
Same style.
I've decided on going for a bit more function over form, as they wheels previously were a tad too big on front and rear.
The front's were pretty much fine although, but if i go back to a 17 i will most likely not get defected as it pretty much will pull it directly flush with the front and rear guards and i wont have to run extreme camber on the rear.
I have decided on
Grid R's
Gloss Black
17" x 9" +25
225 /40 front and rear tyres.
I believe going back to 17's will be a lot less to think about while driving, as I was finding I was constantly thinking about "Am i going to scrub?, should i take this corner slower?, "that depression looks a bit deep hope i dont scrub?"
See below the specs of fitment.

225/40 is a rare tyre size.

Yeah, I don't think Bob Jane even stock any of that spec.
Meanwhile, just don't get silver, cause then we'd be too similar.
