:P starting next week, I'm going to be spending some serious time working on my car! All these goodies topped with manual conversion fitting veilside side skirts and new rims,

Just wondering about what order I should be doing things, to make it easier for myself and not having to take things off twice etc
Planning on doing the conversion first. Removing auto box, front bar, radiator and exhaust to do so.. And changing the cross member mounts while its out.
Then after that, fitting the extractors and new exhaust. Then putting everything back on and taking for test drive etc and making sure everything is working fine with the new gearbox.
Next up will be suspension, changing the front sway bar bushes and control arm wishbone rubbers, then attempting to fit the rays rear control arms, followed by 4 new shocks.
And new rotors, pads front and back + braided lines.
Then rolling guards , spacers and rims.

Is there anything in the wrong order ? And after doing the control arm and bushes and shocks I know I'll need to get a wheel alignment, but can I fit the new wheels before hand and get the alignment after or should I get it done so that it helps with fitting them and then another one after completion?
Thanks guys

May as well do shocks & bushes while the box is out. Gotta take half of it off anyways just to get the box off (no pun)

I've been following your progress for a while now, came across it on Facebook and everything...forgive me for the late praise, it's one of my favourites man! :thumright:

One of the more unique ones but it works. Dare I say I dig the $70 rims?
And those fenders are hot!

More things than I could poke a stick at, so much work here it's awesome. Thinking of borrowing your sticker bomb idea for the centre console too. It might help patch up the gaping hole in mine lol.

I'm having trouble imagining what wing could look right. (Assuming illegal but) I reckon some sort of gt wing would suit this so well.
Or stay despoilered. ;)

Also +1 for the pup, that thing's a cutie hehe.

It's fun, and always gave me a bit of a smile when I jumped in the car. (Not a lot of love for it on here though, haha)

@bass_twitch Yeah just like that! Hard to explain but my console isn't factory, so floor/stereo console aren't separate pieces. It's pretty ugly. I was thinking stickers might bridge missing cigarette lighter at least haha. Would look busy enough to conceal cracks too.

Eh, never mind re-sale, someone might like it? Can tear it off? :)

Yeah I think it's practical? If it suits the rest of the car, no harm done.
