As for fto's not much you can do besides just using the front passenger seats or doggy between the passenger seats through to the back seat.

Na bullshit, heres what you do. You both jump in the back, push the front 2 seats as forward as possible, keep the top half of the front seats pushed forward too. Then she puts her head down and ass up into the left side back corners of the seat. Then you just go down on one knee behind the back of the passenger seat........then it is bommchicawawwa time

please note this is not be tried without medical consultation and do not forget to put the handbrake on

LOL! Yeah not a fan of that one. I prefer the cushioning of my legs on the front 2 seats. Plus you can grab onto the headrest for ah....extra oomph

Can do it outside...as she leans on the car...more spacious that way
