I cant see why you couldn't...
The 6A13 block comes out of the same mould as the 6A12. Only difference is in bore & stroke. I dont reckon you'd get anywhere near 3 litre thou, I'd say you'd be stuck within the confines of 2.5, maybe 2.6 with a little more stroke. It would also be dependant on what pistons are available to suit. If you've ever seen 6A12 pistons, they are fairly specific in their shape, they are almost 'mated' to the cylinder head chambers - with valve clearance scallops to suit too.
