A little amusing to see that a couple of the prices listed for 'clearance' are more expensive then the standard sale price at WOW.

@pete_gpx; would WOW have an alpine mrp f600 for less than $650 by a lot with postage to melb?

mate, i'd like to make it clear that i'm not the one who has decided on the prices. the car sound staff made these prices according to what cost of the units are,
and went below it. your company may have had agreements with certain distributors to get the prices lower than what every other company can do.
Also, I'm
not a salesperson for JB Hifi, im just a storeman. I posted this thread with the reason to get fellow FTO Australia members good prices on good items, not to get commission, or to put other companies down.
I've never had anything bad to say about or to you since i have been a member of this club, and i dont intend to start now. So if you have anything constructive to say, feel free, but if your presence on this thread is to just bag the help i'm trying to give, then please stop it.

Sorry about not getting back to you a quickly as i hoped. as i have mentioned above, im not one of the sales people, so getting the prices is not easy as we are going through a store refit at the moment, which means i have double the work load.
I'll get back to you tonight with the price.
Robbie
EDIT: im not at work at the moment, but i just went on to our webiste and we have it on special for $469
I'll see if thats the best or if we have any of the ex display models which we should be able to do cheaper.

I think you took that the wrong way. I was just making an observation. I work for a competing company, so I couldn't resist making a jibe, although it is true on a few of the items. However, a few of those prices are very good deals.

hey man I can see if any Jb Hifi stores near you have it in stock. Which stores can you get to? I won't be able to be 100% certain if they have it, but I can give you an idea for where to go.
Also, go to
www.jbhifi.com.au and click on the orange box with gps and car sound, then click on the amplifiers link on the right. The amp your after is on the right hand side, 3rd from the top. Print it off and take it to the store to garuntee the price.

Ferrus, Heidelberg store are showing three. I can't garantee that they will have them, but you have a starting point. Give em a call today 94596311. Ask for car sound, and quote this 'SKU: 73125' that will bring up all the info they need to find what your after.
Incase you havnt been to that store, it's at 37 burgundy st.
Good luck!

Nah, sorry dude. None in clearance or even normal stock. I'd see what price they can do at penrith. See if there's anything else you've been after and they may drop the price cos your not getting just one thing.
