Anywhere where I can buy the cupholder?
Also, my car says it's a GR limited which is interesting. The sticker looks old and looks like it's been on there for a while with the GP :\
could have been put on a while ago

the cupholder is just a thin piece of plastic

Hey Nighthawk, heres the info for your car:

Chassis No: DE3A0021578
Model Code: HRHM3
Model: GR Limited
Engine: 6A12
Transmission: 4sp AT
Colour: Steel Silver
Manufacture Date: Week 2, May 1995
Option Code: 000
Interior Code: 03X

Maybe I was wrong. I always thought the GP was the precursor for the version R, but maybe they are a limited edition GR instead. There was some word that the GP were a limited release run commemorating something or other.

As for the padded console with cupholders, I can get them new, but they are really expensive. They werent too bad before the exchange rate dropped, but now......

Nup, sounds like youve got the mobile phone one (when they were really big). There is a double cup holder one as well. Has 2 circular cupholders where your plastic plate is.

I could be wrong but it means that it has- sports tuned ecu, race springs and shocks, better breaks and more.
The number one race driver of Japan at the time helped develop the car to get more proformance out of it.

Yep + it originally had a nakaya tune lip on it as well (although it doesnt appear to have one now). As to the inconsistencies, id go with CAPS which comes from Mitsubishi. The table on the link was compiled from a variety of sources and there were definitely differences between those.

The GP is a mythical car, no one has hard evidence on it :\

Nup, the chassis info comes out of mitsubishis database. Its right. What makes you think its a GP. If its a boot sticker, then maybe your boot has been replaced at some point. If its what the person you bought it off told you, then they are wrong im afraid.

I bought the sticker off you :P

just with the specs on the database and specs are pretty much identical to the one here: http://www.versionr.com/about.shtml
I've got the blue GPvR seats and manual climate control like the GPvR
also the momo airbag steering wheel and ralliart rear strut brace
previous owner had it for the past 8 years and brought it in through Powerplay and is my brothers workmate

WEll there you go. I always thought the database had to be right (its more likely to be right than anything else). But from what you are pointing out, it certainly seems to be a GP

Well techincally the little square box in front of the handbrake is a cupholder. If u look closely into it there is a round groove that can put a large maccas coke in. But its a sh*t cup holder and I did topple my drink over more than once. Lolz...morale of story, keep those double maccas cup holders handy in yeah car...well...actually those from Hungry Jacks are of better quality than Maccas. Just my 2 cents worth.

Naa, save up your dollars and get one of the padded centre console lids with them in it. Looks much better as well as being more comfortable and more practical.
