i wanna get 10000k low beam but im scared i might get pulled over for defect? or keep it in the safe zone 6000k - 8000k ?

i think you only really start getting chances of defects ABOVE 10,000..
10,000 AND below seems to be fine as observed with members on here.

But remember, the higher the Kelvins the less brightness it has (check me on this one please)

10000K will be fine mate. As long as your headlights are adjusted properly (they should be anyway) you will be fine.

yeah i forgot, we have projector headlights so the lights will be below the oncoming traffic's eye level..

yes they are. and I can get either but there aint a huge difference in the wattage
