Yeah man.. I was the same..
I have to force myself to do it.. Some times I take the dogs, but on the long ones I leave em at home..
I had to do something though man.. Was up to 102kg's, which is the heaviest I have been in my life.. So I want to lose around another 10kg's.. But am struggling at the moment as it seems I am stuck on 94-95.. That is where I have been for the last week..
So may have to look at the exercise/diet to see where I can squeeze out a bit more.. I may have to start hitting the supplements/shakes..

Just keep at it.
The illusion is you hit a plateau and then think it isn't going to go anywhere.
In fact you continue to tone and improve in other areas, vascular etc.
After a while the weight will continue to fall, then plateau again, and so on.
Never had to lose weight, but I used to hit the gyms when younger and heaps of guys there would just go on and on about it.
Wish I could convince the missus meanwhile...

+1 &
Craig - Keep at it man, you'll get there! It's said 80% of weight loss is food associated, exercise alone can only take you so far without watching portion control / what you eat. This probably why I can't be bothered being more healthy, too lazy to think of ways of eating healthier. Well, I think of ways, but I can't be bothered following through, lol.

Some of us (me) are lucky to be able to eat what ever we like, so I can only imagine what it would be like to try to drop weight. So I say a big well done so far Craig
