You can bring a helmet or you can use there's, as for age if your under 14 or 16 you need an adult it sign for you.
Apart from that no real restrictions.

that would be tame... judging by what his best man is planning we may not be walking at the wedding... anyway, we are going go-karting for then hence why i said i will have my helmet for bens bucks. but i might be lucky to have it for fto go karts on the 18th...
