The SR20 motor I've got from the NX can be lifted pretty easily with 2 people, so I'd put it at about 100kg. And that was with all the oil and coolant still in the motor.

Spetz where are you getting all these figures from? 111 sounds about spot on and I doubt the scales are out. We lifted a cm5a engine with gear box attached with 4 people recently without any big effort. Think it would have been about 120kg all up.

As an example, this is the same engine as the 4B11:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyundai_Theta_engine
To quote: "the engine dry weight is 134 kg (295 lb)."
The 2.4L (more comparable in capacity to the 2.5L 6A13 in question here) is 146kg according to the same site.
I hope 111kg is correct, but I am worried that in reality that with 2 extra cylinders and cast iron block, it would be closer to 211kg than 111kg

My estimation is that it should weigh roughly 180kg +/-10%
Though not sure if Bennoz included heads on the 6A13 or not? If not 111kg sounds more realistic. Bennoz, care to enlighten us please?
While on the subject, a 4B12 all motor FTO/Lancer/Mirage would be really nice to see and would produce good power
