Would it be that noticable with the rest stock?

Yep, my rear bar (the one rockit is selling) sits about 5-7cm lower than the stock rear bar.

Hmm.. Not sure.. I don't think so, because the rear bar sits higher stock. So it would bring it down more with the skirts..

But been a while since I had a look at a stock FTO at stock height..
