Past three weeks
I've put in the new shocks
New springs
New rear lower trailing arms
New polyurethane wishbone and sway bar bushes
New engine mounts
New ebc brake pads
New RDA rotors
Second hand super racing V2 17x8.5 +35 offset rims with cheapo bct 235/45/17 semi slicks
Exhaust, extractors, hubs ecedy heavy duty clutch and all manual gear from the white GPX.
And arc intake....

Took it for about a 2km drive today, took it fairly easy.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KiyTUTO09mA
The outcome..
f**king amazing! It's completely different ... Everything is different! The ride, the power the acceleration, and the sound in person is insane. My neighbors came out thinking I had bought a new Ferrari or something.
Seriously incredible..

It was effort... There was a few times I considered selling and just buying a manual.
Most of the time I hated it and was regretting ever beginning the conversion, seemed so f**king hard.
Now, thinking about it, it's rather simple. I think if I had a second go at it, I'd do a lot better... But I dunno..
Not sure what I spent..
I bought the white GPX for $1200 and have made $1350 back from it.
So most of the manual gear was free along with evo bonnet exhaust and few other little bits.
I had to buy :
Slave cylinder from Jerry I think $20
Clutch plate bolts -$10
Torque wrench -$80
Pedal assembly-$30
Gearbox oil -$29
Clutch fluid - $12
Couple extra car stands-$19
New rad hose-$25
Release bearing-$12
Drive shaft seals-$10

I think that's all...
Total like $237
Got a few injuries

Have begun looking into getting.a low km engine next. As mines getting old. Going to go to town on it like Daniels plans and have an awesome reliable car quick little car to keep for a while, seriously loving the FTO way more now :)

Plans for respray can go to hell.. Getting a full wrap done very soon! Just can't decide what fuking color.

Are those the wheels I picked up from gold coast? f**k! They are actually looking very good.

I thought we could only get an original mitsu bush for the dog bone? Care to share the poly brand and part number please. :)

Yep, that's them. The front two look abit rough up close with some gutter rash. But they look sick against the calipers and rotors..

Ahh I might be calling them the wrong thing then..

These are the ones I bought
