Did my effen lifters again.
I noticed something while changing them though! If you pry the rocker arm off the lifter then let go of the rocker if you hear a tap the lifter has had it. Managed to find 4 lifters that did this which sounded about right!

Used it as a barricade for the City2Surf. Also pulled apart my newly broken CV. Thought I'd done the shaft, but instead took a little cleaning to work out what had happened:
Also, finally got some decent side protection for the beast. Xrox Sliders with Hi-lift jack points in them. I can now comfortably lift the entire side of the vehicle with my hi-lift under these

Took the ol gal out for a spin to the shops and back - and after driving the mrs lancer for a while i must say, getting that old feeling back of "f**k yea"
Might take a small break from the track fto and sink a few dollars into it me thinks

Yep. Fraz is going to have a go at it, if I can source an alternator. Chris might have one but he's not back until 21st. How painful is it to take out?

"the do" hasn't grown back, I'm keeping it short now as working under cars daily makes an absolute mess of hair. Easier to keep it short when it comes to washing all the crap out of it
