Had a friend weld it back together and strengthen them both.
Installed the hardrace adjustable toe & Camber arms :) they look nice
It's funny how the oem sh*t is often stronger than the aftermarket sh*t. That bracket will break again.

 the arms or sway bar will break before the new brackets will

But it's pretty sh*t go that they are breaking in the first place!

destinationtoby wrote:Took her out to get a pink slip today.
After looking at the slip I realised the odo reading is now 150 000 because of the conversion.
The proper reading should be around 230 000kms
And the last pink slip it was 175 000
Am I going to have issues with the RMS about it going backwards  ?
Rms didn't notice. And it's on record now that the car has only done 150XXXkms  and it's not going up until I fix the speedo. Which will be never :P

Bennoz wrote:And paint those f**ken quarter panels the same colour as what's left of the car!

Hey, I had a "professional" color match some silver paint to the rest of my car. Then I had him mix up $100 worth. Then I painted the quarter panels the "right" color....result, from too dark to too light ;)

Are you using 2 part colour/clear for painting the panels?
Or are you using one of those all-in-one mixes?
